The Full Fowler Bed – Manual is an advanced hospital bed that raises the head section up to 90°, allowing patients to sit fully upright, while the knee gatch section prevents sliding down. Operated entirely by manual hand cranks, it provides complete position control without electricity — making it suitable for areas with unreliable power supply or for cost-conscious facilities.
The full Fowler position is clinically recommended for patients with respiratory distress, post-cardiac surgery, nasogastric feeding, and neurological conditions requiring elevated head positioning.
